For example, I took some family pictures up there so my dad had something to look at, and they disappeared right away. There was a strong urine smell in the place, but they have improved. My sister-in-law stayed at The Terrace at Beverly Lake for 2 months and 6 days. It was a nice building, the people were all friendly, and we had no problem with them. The staff and management is easy to work with and incredible at what they do, I feel so relieved that my mom is getting the care she needs. I have never met so many genuinely kind people in my life. The rooms are very large, we were able to make hers feel just like home.
